Women Leadership Website

Women’s Empowerment and Leadership Initiative website (AUS/NZ WELI)
During my tenure at the Australian Society of Anaesthetists (ASA), one of my key projects was developing and designing a new website for the Women’s Empowerment and Leadership Initiative (AUS/NZ WELI) Committee. This initiative stemmed from our passionate Communications Chair, dedicated to promoting female Anaesthetists’ leadership in the Australian healthcare sector. The goal of the new website was to showcase the WELI committee’s mission: enhancing opportunities for women to attain promotion and leadership roles in anaesthesia. The site facilitated personalized pairing with experienced mentors, workshop series, networking events, and access to resources. I independently developed and designed the WELI website to meet these specific requirements.
